SpeedBath HR is a private workforce app. Accounts are issued by the HR team of a participating company — there is no public sign-up. If you do not have an employee account, there is nothing in the app to use.

Please include: your employee code, your phone model, and what you were doing when the problem happened. A screenshot helps.
Employees of Speedbath may also speak to the HR department directly, or to their reporting manager, for anything relating to attendance, leave or payroll records.
Common questions
- I cannot sign in
- Use the employee ID issued by HR (for example MC-CT-26-0003), not an email address. If the password is not accepted, tap Forgot password, or email us and we will reset it after verifying your identity.
- I do not have an account
- Accounts are created by your HR team. Contact your HR department; we cannot create an account on request.
- My attendance is missing or wrong
- Open Attendance, find the day, and submit a regularization request. Your reporting manager reviews it. If the day cannot be corrected in the app, email us with the date.
- Check-in will not complete
- Check-in needs the camera for a selfie, and may need location depending on your company's settings. If you declined a permission, enable it in your phone's Settings under the app, then try again.
- What is work-route recording, and can I refuse it?
- For employees whose duties take them away from the plant, the app can record the route travelled during a work shift, so the employer can confirm work visits. It applies only to employees an administrator has approved under a named policy, runs only between check-in and check-out, and stops at check-out or a daily cut-off. You are shown a full disclosure before any permission is requested and you may decline. Declining does not stop you marking attendance or using any other part of the app. See the Privacy Policy.
- How do I delete my account?
- In the app: More → Delete my account. HR reviews every request. Approval permanently ends your sign-in. Employment records — attendance, leave, payroll and tax — are kept because Indian employment and tax law requires an employer to retain them. Full detail at Account & Data Requests.
- My leave balance looks wrong
- Leave entitlements are set by your HR team, not by the app. Raise it with HR, who can correct the balance directly.
- A training video will not play
- Lessons stream over the internet. Check your connection, then reopen the lesson. If it still fails, email us the course and lesson name.
- The app is slow or closes unexpectedly
- Make sure you are on the latest version, then restart the app. If it continues, email us your phone model and the app version shown at More → Settings.

If you believe you have found a vulnerability, or that someone has accessed an account that is not theirs, email info@mcbath.in with the subject line Security. Please do not post the details publicly before we have replied.
