Terms of Use
Anyone may download the app. Only users with an account issued or approved by a participating company may sign in or use protected HR functions.
1. Acceptance and authorized use
These terms apply when you access SpeedBath HR. Authorized users may use the app only for genuine employment, workforce, learning, KPI and HR purposes. Your employment terms and company policies continue to apply and take priority where appropriate.
2. Accounts
Accounts are created and managed by HR or an authorized administrator; the app does not offer public registration. Keep your credentials confidential, do not share accounts, and notify HR immediately if a device or account may be compromised. Access may be suspended or ended when authorization or employment changes.
3. Accurate submissions
You must submit accurate attendance, location, selfie, request, document, learning and KPI information. Do not impersonate another person, falsify attendance, manipulate device settings to defeat controls, upload harmful content, probe other users' records or interfere with the service.
4. Attendance and approvals
App displays and notifications do not by themselves determine salary, attendance entitlement or approval. The participating company's verified records, policies and authorized HR decisions control. Report discrepancies promptly through the provided workflow or to HR.
5. Learning and offline content
Learning content is for authorized internal use. App-private downloads may not be copied, redistributed, recorded or used outside the authorized account. Assessments and certificates remain subject to course and company rules.
6. KPI information
KPI entries and scores support performance review; they do not replace authorized review, supporting evidence or applicable company process. Users must not fabricate evidence or alter another person's information.
7. Availability and updates
The service may occasionally be unavailable because of connectivity, maintenance or system failure. Keep time-sensitive evidence and notify HR when a required action cannot be completed. Google Play manages Android application updates for Play-distributed installations.
8. Intellectual property
The app, branding, workflows and supplied content belong to Speedbath, participating companies or their licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to users.
9. Privacy
Use of personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy. By using protected features, you acknowledge the data processing necessary to provide those features and administer the employment relationship.
10. Responsibility and termination
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided for authorized operational use without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. Misuse may result in access restriction, investigation or action under company policy and applicable law.
